It’s not just about selling your products.
Car companies don’t just sell metal boxes to get people from point A to B.
2) Purpose
What is your purpose in life and how is your business related to it?
People don’t quit on their purposes easily and if you tie your business into your purpose, people will have more faith that you will be quitting tomorrow and leaving them hanging.
3) Vision
What impact do you see you and your business making?
4) Values
Your values provide stability and reinforces your vision for the business that others will be joining
5) Your Organization
Who are the leaders in your team and what are their values?
6) The Value You Deliver
How do you impact others? It has to be more than just the company’s products. You can be a motivator, a teacher, someone who inspires others to do achieve more than they could dream, etc.
7) Name and Slogan
What is the name of your team and its slogan?
8) Design
Does your social media profiles and websites consistent with your vision, purpose and values?
9) Actions
Are you a hypocrite or do you practice what you preach? If customer service is high on your values, then make sure you get back to customers immediately.
Your actions must be consistent with your values.
If you value focus and discipline then it would be unwise for you to post that you had to relax and play 3 hours of video games over the weekend.
10) Customer Experience
How do people feel when they join your team?
11) Perception
How do your prospects and customers view you? In other words, how have you touched their hearts?
12) Community
People want to join something that is meaningful and have a sense of belonging. What community have you created for your customers and downlines to join?
13) Reputation
What do you want to be known for? If someone who doesn’t know you asks one of your customers or downlines, what would that person say?
How many of those 13 keys are you implementing now?
Remember, everything you do counts. It’s all part of your brand story and people only join you if they know you, like you and trust you.
If you want a long lasting story, you must have a powerful story. How’s your story like?
