This actually happened to me back in early 2000s and was one of my worse moments
Someone that I knew became a top leader at another company because I never approached him. The reason is because I thought he didn’t “qualify”

Your job in your business is to simply collect a decision.
You’re not there to convince people or get them to buy or join.
Your job is to simply let them know what you do
and then let them make the decision.
Don’t make the same mistake as I did and prejudge and lose out on your next leader
A big mistake that network marketing distributors make in prospecting is they approach their contact list with the goal to sponsor everyone.
Wow!
Did I just say that you are NOT supposed to go out and try to sponsor everyone that you know?!
Yes!
When you do that,
It makes you NERVOUS and creates the FEAR of rejection

There are 2 parts to this
1) Make It About Others
When your goal is based on just you and your needs, we often give up.
If you want long term motivation and something that sets you on fire
then you have to make it about helping others.
It’s the only way
2) Being Fearless
You have to stretch yourself and do things you normally won’t do otherwise you won’t grow
All your dreams and goals are outside your comfort zone!
When you do these two things and make it about others and be bold,
→ You become more consistent and life becomes more fun
