You said to post my question here about newspaper ad. I asked you to give an example of what you would say in an ad. You also said to remind you to talk about AB split testing. Thank you!

For newspaper ads, I generally do NOT mention about the company and don’t go into specifics. The whole goal is to generate curiosity for them to take action (contact you) or what we call “Call to Action” in the marketing/advertising world.
Here are some sample ads that I have used: (note it also depends on how much space you have)
20 Year American company expanding in Nebraska. Seeking people who want to earn $100 – $500 a week
With this ad, you can test out the average income and see what response you get. If you put the number too high, people automatically think scam and may not contact you. I always make it realistic.
Are you looking for part time work? Learn how you can earn an extra $100 – $500 a week
Established business expanding operations into Nebraska. Learn how you can be the first ones in this market.
Learn to earn a full time income by working at home. 3 Types of training provided
Those are examples that I have used that have been effective. Again there is no “proven” ad. It all depends on the market, timing, demographics, medium, etc. The only way to do is by testing. One of the best ways to test is A/B Split testing.
