You need better time management skills especially if you have a job and kids.

but…

Time management is a myth because you can not “manage” time.

What is important is you to realize that you can NOT manage time but you CAN manage your activities.

Work the Business in the “Nooks and Crannies”

The reality is that you’ll NEVER “have time” for your business because something will always come up.

Things never end.

The secret is to work the business in the “nooks and crannies” of the day.

These are the 5 – 10 random moments you have during the day that you can squeeze the income producing activities in.

Examples of these moments are:

– Sending out 3 quick messages while waiting for your kids to get out of school

– Get up an extra 10 minutes to post something on social media

– Schedule your chores around training time so that you can attend trainings and do chores at the same time

How to Have More Time

The key to having “more time” is to analyze the small details of how you are spending each second and every minute.

So just like you wouldn’t randomly give away $1 here and there,

I want you to start focusing on how your time is spent.

Do you randomly throw away a minute to look at an unimportant email that pops in?

Do you randomly throw away another 3 minutes to check the latest status updates on Facebook even though you just did that 15 minutes ago?

I want you to start REALLY TREATING Time like Money.

The next time you do ANYTHING, think about the time you are “Throwing” away.

Plan Out Your Activities in Advance

“If you fail to plan, you’re planning to fail” (Henry Ford)

so make sure you plan out the income producing activities that you must do each day.

If you don’t schedule things out,

the only thing that will get done will be nothing!

So make sure you use a calendar and plan things out.

Work Smart: Focus On THE DMO

Work smart and not just hard.

Make sure you focus on the 20% that gives you the 80% return and

If you want to work smart, then work THE DMO because they’re the income producing activities that you must do
