What is the best way to get people in one team to work together?
I have observed that the Gen Ys tend to bond together more in MLM than
the older generation. Would that be a general assumption or is it unique in
my overseas team? My team in Australia are also the older generation, however
they get on well and work as a Team.

Also…

I am currently in the Philippines and found my team with a lot of issues in terms of
working together.

I have a Gold Director here in the Philippines in each of my 2 legs that I am building here
but it seems that after i left for Australia, there has been less unity and less cooperation and lots of problems with each other.
