When I ask people what their goals are, one of the most common things they say is that they “want to go Gold” in the next 6 – 12 months.
Little do they know what they are going against!
Being the Gold Director in my opinion is the toughest rank to achieve because it is no longer about your desire and work ethic.
Those are givens…
It is also not just about sponsoring…
Cause by the time you really have a chance to go for Gold, you know how to sponsor already.
Instead become a solid Gold Director requires TREMENDOUS Leadership and sacrifice.

One of the things that I love most about network marketing is the ability to help others achieve success.
Becoming successful yourself feels good but helping others achieve success feels even greater!
I want to share a recent coaching call where one of my Advanced Diamond Mastermind Coaching and Insider Circle members, Aimee Buhagiar (Sydney, Australia) shared how she became the company’s newest Gold Director.
Aimee is the leader of the team called Revolution Y and has a tremendous future ahead of her.

Pay attention to Aimee’s journey to become a Gold Director.

1) Anyone can be successful
Aimee was NOT a fast starter but reveals what turned things around for her.
2) You Must Overcome Obstacles Inorder to be Successful
Things always seem to get the WORSE just when you want to get something started.
Don’t let the obstacles derail you!
Years ago, I thought I had it bad when my computer broke (eternal blue screen on my Dell) on the night before my Gold run. Aimee had it 100 times worse!
Aimee shares a personal family tragedy that happened right before her Gold run and how she overcame it.
Success is awarded to only people who are willing to endure and do things that others won’t do.
3) Importance of Self Development
What happened after Aimee invested the last dollars in her bank account into self development.
4) Going All In
You can’t “try” to do the business.
You MUST burn all ships and go all in.
5) Deadlines and Pressures Enhance Creativity
Aimee shares a few great ideas and initiatives that she took due to the pressure of a 4 week deadline.
Deadlines make us work better.
It makes us do things that we may not know how to do nor what to do. (Aimee started doing online webinars for the first time even though she had never done one before)
6) People Always Buy YOU
Never prejudge anyone.
This is probably one of the MOST valuable lessons for a new distributor.
Aimee shares what happened to the “original” person that introduced her to the company. (Hint: she did NOT join him and she explains why)

I am so proud of Aimee especially because she had to deal with so many negative things that happened during the 4 weeks.
I provided advice, strategy and support but Aimee did ALL THE WORK AND MADE IT HAPPEN!
