Hi Simon, those days I put my focus on my English group because they are new to the business I think they need more help from me. However, my Chinese group turned out to grow slower. I realized there is no one can take charge of the Chinese group. What I do to solve this problem is first personally sponsor new associate to support them and secondly to pick up several people and give them extra training on leaderships. How do you define leaders? what kind of criteria do you use to pick your core leaders to work with closely?
Another question is, what kind of incentives do you give to your team? when, where and how to use incentives to motivate downlines?
As to marketing myself, because of the uniqueness of Chinese market. I have to use Chinese social media. I found myself use a lot of time on creating the same content in two languages and post them in different social media, it is not very efficient. I don’t know what to do with this. Do you have any suggestions?
